The science behind 20 rep squats is, that you should not be able to do more than 10. But you do. Your one set can last even 5 minutes, becouse you try to recover for your next rep without racking the bar. Its a mental battle, and if you can complete the program, then you are a man.
Results for myself: I was able to hit my 130kg 5rep max for 20 reps in 6 weeks.
