Hey guys and gals.
About two months ago my girlfriend realized she's gained a bit of weight. She wanted to start dieting and exercising, but then about 3 weeks ago her brother started a grease fire and she got 2nd degree burns on 5% of her body, her hands and feet, little bit of arms, etc. So when she was in the hospital, they had her on a very high calorie diet because that helps with healing. So she gained even more weight.
Her goals are to get back where she was about a year ago. She wants to:
- lose about 45 pounds of fat , specifically the arms, stomach, thighs, collar bone area.
- not gain a lot of weight in muscle.
-shrink her stomach a good amount.
-lift/ shape her butt a bit.
So what sort of diet/exercises should she be doing to get there?
