Apparently according to the InBody tests, I have packed on 7.3lb of muscle in the past 22 days. And a little over 2lb of fat.

I'm 5'11 and 173lb.

Thatcis up from 144lb about 6 months ago..

Here's the InBody composition history, I started it on 9/14 of this year when I was 160lb

You can see my gains (and losses between 9/22 and 10/01 due to poor diet)

But now my diet is on point and I've been on the GNC BULK 1340 gainer.

I have only been lifting for 6 months (haven't been to the gym in years) so I think these gains are astronomical... I am doing it right with diet this time though and I have never done that before.

I am hoping to hit 200lb by the end of this year
