This article is biased because magazines want to stay relevant when in reality the internet is a superior medium because it passes information instantly.
Obviously false information exists, but my first point was that it does anywhere.
I have learned more about fitness and well being from the internet than I EVER did in school and growing up. I am LITERALLY surprised how ignorant and shitty the teachings I received growing up were and how OVER POWERED the internet is now.
In school they never said 'if you wanna gain weight eat more than you are burning' or 'skateboarding 8 hrs a day is probably why your a skinny piece of shit because you are doing cardio ALL FUCKING DAY'
Even further when you get into sex ed, everything I learned was pleb stuff of 'women have periods etc this is what htey do, you'll get hair on your balls'
BETTER USE A CONDOM OR YOU'LL HAVE KIDS. Mean while irl actually conceiving a kid can be quite difficult (implying I still don't use condoms).
School and everything pre internet was fucking shit man. I feel like if I grew up 20 years later my life would've been so much faster track in regards to learning shit.
