If people trained their social skills like they do their bodies it would be so easy for them to get laid. What they have to understand is that every person started out as autismo. The beautiful/handsome/tall kids were given a bit more leeway in social interactions, but they still learned.
Learning to not care about being awkward is the first step to overcoming it. Not interacting with people for fear of rejection is so deeply opposed to the philosophy of lifting that it's ludicrous to me that fit people have problems with social interactions. Lifting is tough and it laboring in its process, but your gains are the results. It's the same with talking to people.
