I trained 3 year natty but I stopped lifting 2 years ago because it messed up my social life. But I miss my gains. Is there a quick way of regaining my old gains without training 4 days per week, breaking all the plateaus again and eating like a maniac?

I prefer staying natty but if there is no other option I would use roids if I can keep my gains after the cycle.
