Those places have all kinds of foods, not everything is a greasy burger.
If you actually keep track of what you eat, take supplements to fill in some cracks (note I said cracks, not gaps. if you are seriously lacking in something and you are only getting it via supplements you need to change what you eat), and exercise you should be fine.
Unless you plan on doing this for 40 years. Then I'd reconsider.
