Hey /fit/ I need your help. First year uni here and I'm fucking swamped with all the work. I need to some how get a very short (but effective) work out routine installed before I turn fat as fuck (which is already seeming to be the case). I have all the gear in my house, but I'm curious to as what would be the best things to do it a short time span (30-minutes maybe? ). My day starts at 6:45am and I get back from uni at 6:00pm at the latest.
