seriously though, i've just started a cardio routine.
5 min warmup walk
Run at 10kph for 12 minutes
3 min cooldown
every time i'm going to add one minute until i am running 5k in 30min, then I start increasing the speed by 0.1kph. What speed should i get to per hour, how fast should i run 5k ect before i start adding time again?
