This is my current split. I wonder if it is too much and if I maybe should change it? Here it is:
Mondays: Chest/tris
Tuesdays: Back/bis
Wednsdays: Legs/shoulders
Thursdays: Chest/tris
Fridays; back/tris
Saturdays: Leg/shoulders
NOTE: I also do abs/calves workout on the end of the workouts
Is this too much? Should I change something up?
