Hello /fit/
need some advice regarding mainly diet
I feel like im on a kind of body limbo, where i cant decide if im either skinny fat and should stfu and bulk or if i should first lose that belly fat before going on a surplus
Im usually doing cardio on a minor defficit and results are
taking pretty long to show up, I plan on starting lifting a few months (need to get my schedule figured out) from now
Reading sticky and internet guides do no give me a clear answer on what should I focus on doing right now, be it exercise planning or diet planning, and im
curious about how long I should expect for results to show up, hoping you guys can shed some light on this
