For a bit now, I've done body-weight exercises at home alone with a focus on workout ideas such as time under tension and 8 reps x 8 sets routines with 60 second rests in between sets.
Right now my schedule looks like this
Monday: Chin-Up (Variable Grip-width) + Inverted Abs (9x8 instead of 8x8 because I'm doing 3 straight forward, 3 to my right knee, and 3 to my left knee.)
Tuesday: Forward Leaning Dips (for more emphasis on chest) + Squats (more time going down and "exploding" on way back up)
Wednesday: Pull-Ups (nothing special here) + Decline Push-Ups (On first set I do a pyramid and on sets 2-7 I do 8 reps, while on set 8 I attempt to do a pyramid again)
Thursday: Forward Leaning Dips + Leg Raises (for now leg raises are just straight up but I might do them similarly to Inverted Abs with 9x8 setup in the future)
Friday: Chin-Ups (Variable Grip Width), Squats (same as Tuesday)
Saturday+Sunday: Rest, maybe a run or jog if my dog is up to it.
Just wanted to know what others thought of this. And any input + advice is welcome.
If it matters at all. I'm 183cm height and approximately 68 kg. If you think differentiating between ectomorphs and endomorphs matters I'm probably a 3 if ectomorph is 0 and endomorph is 10.
