Been eating this for a month sans the whey shake, with no exercise and a cheat meal every Sunday.

Went from 97kg to 92.

Going to the gym next week. I found one that has a barbell mat for cleans and deadlifts.

I waited because I wanted to finish reading SS, and stuff about dieting and stretching.

Am I going to make it bros?
