So I took pre workout for the first time today thinking I would walk into the gym more pumped up and motivated but that wasn't the case. My heart rate was the only thing that changed and during my lifts I started feeling nauseous to the point I had to leave the gym.

Wtf /fit/, is prework out a meme supp? I just dropped 30 bucks on this shit. Anyone else have better experiences with this or is it just me.
