I started lifting 5 years ago on SS and then after 6 months, moved onto Texas Method for about 8 months, until (american) uni started, and I no longer had the money to spend on 3200 quality calories a day nor a gym membership, so I just ran 5 days a week and did body workouts but I've lost pretty much all of that muscle after four years of no lifting and shit eating.
I have a good job now and can afford all the good food I need and already signed up for a nice gym, do I need to start back on SS again? Or is it better for me to start on an intermediate program since I already know what I'm doing?
