Every day, my caloric intake looks like this
>Breakfast(~70 Cal):
Banana before 5AM class

>Lunch(480 Cal):
One cup of brown rice (cooked)
One cup of shredded grilled chicken
One cup of steamed broccoli

>Dinner(~580 Cal):
One cup of brown rice (cooked)
One cup of shredded grilled chicken
One cup of steamed broccoli
Some other food item around 100-200 calories

Snacks(~100 cals):
Various fruit, vegetables, an occasional salad

At around 8PM at night, I realize that I've undershot my caloric target for my diet by like 1280 calories and I end up eating some empty calorie shit to make up for it so that I don't end up hugely undershooting my calorie target and losinge muscle mass.
Wat do? If I just keep eating stuff that's healthy I feel like I'm way too full and going to die, but I Feel like eating this many empty calories is bad for me even though it's under my calorie target for the day.
The issue is compounded by the fact that I just discovered that gluten bloats me, so I can't just grab a couple burgers or something to make up for it anymore since my uni offers almost no gluten free food items.
