>>34692256>>34692968I was 150 5'11 when I started lifting a little over a year ago, idk exactly m8 I just kinda had a shitty ass routine where I just did whatever I felt like I needed to do for a few months, then I decided to at least try to progress and have a schedule so monday through friday I did the usual brosplit of chest,back,shoulders,legs,arms (each day aside from arms I'd have one of the major lifts ex. chest I'd bench, shoulders OHP, back diddlys, legs squats) and that's when I saw the most progress, I try to 'eat clean' but I just kind of stopped drinking soda on and off and I try to eat healthy some days but it usually ended up with me going to chikfila and getting 2 chicken sandwiches and a large chocolate shake. I don't do cardio that often, maybe 1-2 times a week for 10 minutes each time I do it, I do abs about 2-3 times a week for about 15-20 minutes always doing hanging leg raises and planks, current routine that I'm doing is pplx2 focusing on getting the big 4 up while doing hypertrophy exercises

Bench: 210lb
OHP:130lb
Squat:255lb
Deadlift:330
I've had to deload multiple times on squats to make sure I go ass to grass and it's been ruff, I want to bulk so I can hit 1/2/3/4 but I don't really have the money/I don't want to lose abs :(
