Hi /f/,

I'm your average 19 year old skinny guy who wants to get into shape. Don't laugh please, I genuinely have the determination necessary. I was just wondering what my routine should be around the start up stage? Like I was just after some advice from some seasoned gym goers, maybe even what you started out doing?

eg. how many days a week, what were you working on each day and what exercises did you do? How much weight and how many sets?

Any insights would be much appreciated.
