Ok guys, I NEED to improve my 60-yard dash time. Currently, on a good sprint, I'll run a 7.5 60-yard dash.. usually it's 7.8 or 7.9..
Horrible, I know. However, it's not because I'm overweight or have a bad body. Currently, I am 6'2", 194lbs; 23% body fat (not great, I know, but I'm not fat or even overweight. I have a very athletic build)...
Anyway, I need to learn how I can run sub 7.0 60's.. my goal, overall, is a 6.2 60-yard dash. I have very long legs, and if I can just learn to run fast, I believe I can do it.
What are some tricks, tips, or drills I can work on to get faster?? I plan to work 5-6 days a week, for at least 6-months in hopes to get to a sub 7.0 60-yard dash.
