I do full body routines 3x a week only. Chin/pull up, deadlift, squat/FS, bench, OHP, incline bench, row, dip.
Why focus on PPL for aesthetics, if you even lack the basic mass and strength? Theres really no need to hit your muscles from every angle and focus on your bicep peaks for aesthetics, when you haven't even sculpted the basic frame yet.
Also, you really can't shape your muscles. If you look like shit its in your genes. We can't change our muscle insertions and origos. We can only increase the size. And if this "sculpting" is your thing, i hope you already almost hit the natty limit and now you can focus on decreasing / increasing those different muscle sizes...
