Stand on top of the bench and ask you to stretch your arms out above your head hands on both sides of the bar.
I will grab in the middle of the bar and do 10 reps per arm curls for 3 sets, no breaks in between. I assume you are 5'4" and 110 pounds so it will be a bit harder than a regular curl of the same weight Because of the uneven weight distribution so I will only go for 3 sets.
I would then thank you and finish off my next 2 hours among the weights, when done, if you are still around I would ask if you if you would like to come back to my place for some cardio, If you agree bonus, If you don't I think I would go for 30 minutes on the treadmill.
All in all you are very attractive, but Since I am 6ft 6in and 250 pounds with a 10% BF I need nothing less than an Amazonian warrior lady to quench my thirst
