Saturday I did some bodyweight exercises and the next day I was really fucking sore. And I mean it, I never complain about pains and stuff but this time my abs and arms were fucking destroyed and I was completely exhausted, I was tired all day long. I also noticed that my belly bloated during the exercises, what this means? Also, should I train today or wait until the pain fades away?
