I only squat 2.5 plates for 6 reps and that feels heavy to me.

Today I just fucked around a bit after squatting and I put lmao 4 plate on the bar and just unracked it and walked back and held for as long as I could and reracked it. (home gym power rack, i wouldnt do this at an actual gym)

Anyway when i unloaded the 4 plate and put 2.5 plate back on it felt light as fuck compared to how it usually feels....am i onto something here?
