>>34679768Depends. That's not natural bodybuilding limit, it's maybe natural calisthenics limit. Frank Medrano trains with high rep bodyweight exercises, he does not train hypertrophy, he trains more for "performance", balance, flexibility and relative strength.
He is NOT a bodybuilder, he doesn't work to get a big body, so that's not the maximum muscular development you can achieve with bodybuilding training.
Also, those who deny that early 20th century bodybuilder's phisique is achievable nowadays because of environmental, food and genetic changes, keep in mind that this guy is vegan. So that's no creatine, no high quality proteins, no animal fats, and lots of estrogen from soy and nuts.
tl;dr, that's not the natty limit.
