So yes, absolutely, the levels of testosterone in someone's blood on 200 mg/wk is going to vary A LOT between someone who's 145 lbs and someone who's 275 lbs.
In fact, assuming their natty production is shut down, I would expect (ceterus paribus) the small guy's levels to be a little less than double the big guy's levels.
But this is just you know, math and the laws of physics. Don't let pesky facts get in the way of broscience!
