Lifting since June, no belt or straps, 3pl8 + a bit. No prior lifting history, just THE GREAT GOSPEL, SS, BY OUR COACH AND LIFTER, MARK RIPPETOE.
Also I have finally power cleaned a full pl8, though my gym doesn't really have good equipment for me to train or practice.
Also I'm 5'8, average height masterrace. Get hard you dumb fat fucks.
Also training middle distance running, got a 6:15 mile, kill yourself if you are any less dedicated than I am.
Also I weighed 240 last October, also now I'm 170-ish.
