Yeah man, skipped a lot of back in my first 4 months of lifting. Only my last two months have been serious with good diet. Pic related is 4 months in.

I work a pretty simple PPL routine, lifting 6 days a week. Chest is alternation between dumbell and barbell bench, and a lot of flies. Deads, pull downs and rows for back, squats for legs.

It's not super strict but I never eat out, I only really eat chicken, fish and vegetables throughout the day, oats and a protein shake in the mornings. Only drinking water. Simple stuff.

No I incorporate smaller stuff aswell. I do avoid a lot of things most people do because of shoulder issues, such as incline bench, and OHP.
