How does a belt affect gains? You can lift more weight oviously...
Does it have any influence on muscle building?
There is different broscience saying bullshit like that a belt will "help you from overdeveloping abs so you develop a more aesthetic core with a belt" etc.

Should someone without any powerlifting aspirations, but still lifts heavy, use a belt?
