Anyone else find it difficult to go back to eating over-processed, sugary, packaged, fast food etc, once you get used to eating clean? I don't even understand the concept of cheat meals. It's not just a matter of indulging in sweeter tastes as you eat them, but I also now feel it in how my body feels after, like after a cheat meal of sugar and empty carbs, etc. I just feel like shit, like something is missing, feel empty or feel too heavy, cannot digest as easily etc.

I sometimes sneak chocolates and stuff once in a while but I find it hard to eat fried food and heavy junks ever since I started eating clean. It's hard to break the habit.

its placebo because sugar and carbs make you feel very good. Just have to keep up intake all day so you always have energy.

>>34681832 I used to eat a lot of candy, especially chocolate since I drink a lot of coffee and I wanted something sweet to eat while drinking it. Then I decided to stop eating sweets completely for a year and now I don't even want to go back. I can have a few pieces once a month or so, but I don't even feel like eating more than that.

>>34681832 I can't deal with excess grease in food or most sweet sodas/candies but I've got no problem with ice cream. I used to drink a lot of soda and consume ridiculous amounts of sugar, now I just get a bit of ice cream and ginger ale to curb my sweet tooth while bulking.

>>34681832 I enjoy a certain amount of higher tier shit food (In n Out, quality NY style pizza, dark chocolate ) but if I eat it consecutively my body feels shit and I start to get disgusted w the flavor and myself. It's best in moderation, but even I have runs. Mostly eat clean 75-85% of the day.
