basically
-you aren't recruiting nearly as many glute fibers from ATG squatting (or any squatting) as you can
-even bodyweight exercises can be more effective than heavy skwats (blasphemy i know, but bodyweight squats are infinitely less effective, to keep things clarified)
-do some weighted goddamn hip thrusts and glute bridges with proper form
also i like to do pic related, but mostly because it makes bf drool (it is also literally the only reason i bought a resistance band, but i have since found the fuckers pretty useful for a variety of things, they have em rated pretty heavy, and you can use 2 at once for HUGE amounts of resistance)
