I hate Pendlay Rows.

Doing SS here, the one linked in the sticky. I love the program but Pendlay Rows are shit.

They feel awkward as fuck for everyone. I don't feel them working anything. If you try to control the weight on the way down it puts pressure on your hips/lower back, where you bend over. I had hip pain for a while until I figured that out.

What should I replace them with? Normal bent over rows? Cable rows?
