I want to change my body. I can't stand it and it doesn't get me grills and i look like a weak beta faggot to literally everybody. I maxed yesterday, get ready to kek:
Bench-110lbs
Squat-215lbs
And manlet stats for extra side strain
Height-5'10"
Weight-160lbs
I know i can make it, I just dont know the process. I want to Hafthór Júlíus Björnsson mode. What workouts do I do? What supplements/proteins do I take? What diet do I need to do? Help me
