Have you guys ever fallen of the /fit/ train?

How did you get yourself back in to it?

>almost 2 years ago, hurt shoulder at work
>cant do anything strenuous, work doesnt even want me there on light duty
>sit around playing video games 10 hours a day for 3 months
>back to work on light duty
>try lifting at the 1 year mark, notice my elbow hurts more than my shoulder
>doctor says i may be developing tendonitis and need to go slow on all physical labor
>get depressed and slip on the diet worse and worse
>tried to do a pullup today but couldnt, realize i've gained like 40lbs of pure fat

Should I start from the beginning again? I used to bench 275 for reps but I'd be surprised if I could even do 205 now
