I'm four weeks into that and feeling GREAT (and my legs have gotten a lil bigger which is really cool, plus I've lost a noticeable amount of weight)
I'm probably going to start lifting next week, any recommendations that won't blow up my core or shoulders but that will let me get stronger thighs and a better butt? I'm currently cycling.
I don't mind biceps or anything like that, but because of my shoulder's width I don't want to accentuate that any more than I have to.
