In my experience and from what I've gathered talking to others is that 'lean bulking' doesn't exist. If I were doing it I would just bulk (again 4000cal/day) on normal foods (eggs meat oats veggies dairy nuts fish etc.) and try to excercise as much as possible to keep the fat down but understand that you're gonna gain fat. As long as you're exercising you're not gonna be obese you can easily keep yourself under 16% if you want to
