i work manual labor for 10-12 hours a day and go to the gym to supplement the exercise i already get at work.
i eat a fuckload because of how much energy i burn in a day, and also because i like food.
im gonna be heading back home for christmas and theres a girl ive been talking to whos gonna be coming home from college so we decided to hang out.
i dont really think she cares whether or not im ripped, but id like to lose some weight before i see her anyways.
im worried that if i start eating at a defecit ill lose strength and energy which i cant have happen to me because of my job.
does anyone have a good suggestion for how i can lose fat weight while still having energy and strength to work?
