I work at 7am each day, and don't get off till 5:30pm. By the time I get home from the gym it's a little after eight and I'm starving. I always hit my calories, but I always end up eating a large portion of them (dinner/proteon shake) an hour and a half before bed. Is this gonna kill my cut? Should I spread my calories out more throughout the day or does eating an hour and a half before bed affect anything? (Always hear never eat 2+ hours before bed).
