Are the high charging fyno surgeons a ripoff? I have only $5k and it seems that the experienced surgeons charge way more than that.

Anyone have experience in this matter? I would have to save up for months to be able to afford a "top notch" surgeon, and if it makes no difference I would rather just get it over with.
