I work from 7-3, and take my lunch later from 12-1, and also go immediately after work. Should I be doing weights at lunch and cardio after? Or fit both at lunch and solely cardio after work?
I'm not a morning person so I can't go before work, and I feel that going after gives me the energy for the rest of my day. Any thoughts?
