Here is what your process should look like, in order:
1. Cut (it doesn't matter if you lift in this timeframe, you have no significant muscle to lose)
2. Re-evaluate mantits. Don't listen to the chemfags preaching shit that isn't going to work; Pubertal gyno - glandular tissue - isn't going to go away without surgery.
3. Leanbulk. Eat a moderate calories surplus, high in protein, and lift a lot.
4. Repeat as required.
If you have true gyno, get the surgery. Don't fuck around hoping it'll go away for a few years - if it's glandular tissue, it won't. Period. Just get the surgery.
