Hey /fit/ I'm a first time poster and I have a few questions.

I'm 6'3 217 lbs (down from 293 over the last year)

I've only done cardio (I ride a bicycle 10 miles a day) and dieting so far to get down to a "comfortable weight"

I was just wondering what kind of workouts I could do to prepare myself before I get a gym membership, and once I do what would be a good starting routine?
