Hey /fit/, in the last three or so months I've gone from 125lbs to around 132.
The lifestyle change in particular was really hard, and even now I still struggle with sleeping right, studying, eating right, and not spending so much time getting mad over /pol/ shit (which I consider to be unproductive/impotent rage at this point)

Can you guys share stuff that helps you keep a clear mind and stay positive?
I started reading one punch man a while back, after a friend recommended it to me and found it really got me in a good mood and helped keep me focuses/inspired me.

I don't know if I'd want to post a picture of myself, but in the last three months I've:
>almost entirely stopped eating junk food with fast food only being a thing maybe once every 3-4 weeks
>stopped biting my nails/skin and got a stress ball
>gotten into brushing my teeth TWICE a day, and gotten strips so they look leagues whiter
>stopped trolling dating sites and fucking easy fat girls (made me feel like shit about myself, and made me complacent with my life)
>largely given up porn and fapping, having gone from fapping every day to once a week with no porn
>reduced how much I spend online, and play games or watch anime ect.
>taken my studies more seriously and attend school as much as I can not missing days anymore

Anyway thanks for giving me good advice/tips, I'll maybe update with a pic in a few weeks if anyone cares.
