this is the point when you have to cut out sugary crappy food and replace it with simple less calorie dense food. if you are eating sweets or drinking soda then you really aren't doing yourself any favors because those foods are calorie dense and they don't fill you up much.
try eating plain lean chicken when you are hungry (maybe a touch of BBQ sauce)
it is extremely filling and yet still low calorie enough to justify eating a lot of it if you are really hungry
now plain chicken is pretty fucking boring, but veggies have almost no calories when you compare them to other foods. so if you start eating lots of veggies- celery, peas, corn, lettuce, onions, brocolli- you will ALWAYS feel full and you will get a ton of vitamins too.
the best way to cut is to remove sugar from your diet and replace it with lean protein and veggies
it will make it MUCH easier to stay under your calorie goals without ever feeling hungry.
you shouldn't really feel hungry very often when cutting- only before you eat. if you choose the right foods you never need to feel like you are starving.
