about to homebrew for the first time.

My glassware came in but turns out its not glass....its plastic. can i still use it since I won't be heating the oil up that much?

or can I use a glass from my kitchen instead?

both will be sanitized with rubbing alcohol very thoroughly.

i also am using a gas stove with a vent. i'm hoping the gas stove on the lowest setting will not heat it too much.
And I'm of course using 2:20 ba/bb which should keep it fairly sterile

Actually yeah 235 sounds about right.
I wouldn't want to take it over 200 though because it will become soft and malleable at that point which isn't ideal.

Btw you should really use a conical rather than a beaker for this sort of thing.
With a beaker you get a fair amount of your solvent evaporating off which is going to throw off your concentrations. With a conical, due to the shape most of the stuff that evaporates condenses on the side of the flask & drips back in.

I always feel the pip is worse if you don't workout or stretch the muscle after you pin it.
If I went to sleep after shooting prop into my glute I'd probably struggle to walk in the morning, but you might be okay with longer esters as most people find the pip from them isn't as bad.
