A lady jabbed her finger into the hollow of my back and told me to always imagine that finger poking you there. She said her grandma used to do it to her. The second you're consciously aware of your posture, correct it. It gets easier and easier.
Maybe it helps against that. Imagine a finger poking at your throat pushing your head back.
