you basically put whatever the fuck meat and vegetables you want in there, whole, with some stock and let it cook on low heat all day while you're at work, and that's literally it, afaik, and season to taste. I don't actually own one

honestly have no idea just reposted it from a thread a couple of days ago
but im guessing that the amount of protein is from all of the pattys
and what size of tuna can, i dont know i would guess around 170-200 gram
just try and experiment
