Hey /fit/,
Last Sunday the girl whom I loved and cared about decided to end our relationship because she's not happy anymore. We had a lot of drama going on and it finally got to her. Obviously I was extremely depressed begged her to talk to me again and I got to talk to her a final time and confirmed that even if we got back it wouldn't be the same.
I've got friends but not a lot (lost a lot of friends during my relationship with my girlfriend) and they all are busy most of the time. So yesterday evening I decided instead of being sad and shit I want to change my life. I want to eat healthier I want to go to the gym take better care of myself. This Thursday I will go to the gym and I just want some advice from you guys on how to start.
I'm a liiiiiiiiiiiittle chubby I want to get rid of that. I want to have some muscles but not that whole body builder thing, that's too much for me.
I have no idea on how to start eating healthy aside from the obvious bullcrap (candy, fastfood blabla). What is a great way to start eating healthy?
Help me get my life back on track
