Hello fit, im writing a short story about an obsessive depressive fat girl making the gym her life.

So, assuming shes a little overweight to start with and does everything perfectly (for example textbook SS), what are some lifting stats she could expect to have after 6 months?

I was thinking perhaps 150/120/70/45, but i dont really know a lot about weightlifting, and especially how it differs for women.
