there are no muscles in your fingers, only tendons.

The fingermuscles are in your forearm - you can see the tendons moving if you move your fingers while looking at your wrist.

how much does wrist size effect your ability to pull heavy? i want to one day pull 4pl8 but i have these little baby wrists, and my grip strength is already limiting my pull at only lmao2.5pl8

Tendons can thicken up over a long time as can bone. Isometrics are the only things to do, but it's obv slower than anything compared to muscle growth from lifting

There are some muscles in the hand like in the palm and the web between thumb and fingers, they grow a bit.

Keep lifting as heavy as you can with double over hand then swap to over under for heavier weight and it'll come eventually.

and its true
but there is tissue in your fingers
tendons, ligaments they grow and thicken and strengthen with time

i have stumpy fingers genetically but since training my fingers are thicker
the tips of my fingers are rounder and its thicker around the joints theres muscle in your palm which will grow
alotof it is ofcourse is genetic

i've been training for like 5years now

And when I bulked to my heaviest my wrists thickened up a tiny bit. Of course that's just a layer of subcutaneous fat and not really muscle around the wrists.
TL;DR : if you want to be a thick nigga you got to be a thick nigga.
Bulk and lift. Don't neglect the forearms.

Small hands and wrists here.
I decided if I was going to have baby hands they were at least going to be strong.
I got a few of those grippy squeeze things
One takes 100bs of pressure to close, the next is 150, and then 200.
After a month of playing with them I can close the 200. They make them up to 350 and if you can close that you can probably put someone on the ground with a handshake.
Not to mention grip strength is the epitome of old man strength
