1. Swim, swim, and swim some more, swim until you need a lifeguard to help you out of the pool, these guys are arguably better and stronger swimmers than SEALs. If you don't think so try thinking of carrying what a SEAL carries and then add another person under your arm, so swim your ass off
2. Run, run and run as much as you swim, these two should be your top priority right now if you want to make it
3. See if you can get EMT-B, I just passed my National Registry test saturday, was pretty hard but absolutely nothing compared to Paramedic school, EMT-B would look good and better prepare you for the medical aspects of the job, which is all of it.
